1. Introduction

‍According to your lease agreement (“Landlord”) and CPH Invest ApS, Store Strandstræde 19, 1. th, CVR: 31331110 (“CPH Invest”) (collectively referred to as the “Companies”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in several situations. This policy is prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and describes the purpose, legal basis, storage and your rights.

2. Data responsibility

‍CPH Invest is the data controller for processing information about contact persons, potential tenants, website visitors and newsletter recipients. For information related to rent, the Landlord and CPH Invest are joint data controllers, with CPH Invest handling the contact and obligations.

3. Processing of personal data

Management of leases (private): Name, contact details, CPR, e-Box, payment, rental destination data and consumption. Processing is based on contract (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b)) and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f)). CPR is treated with consent. Information is shared with utilities, service providers and data processors. Deletion occurs 5 years after the end of the financial year.

Other residents: Name and contact information. Treatment is based on legitimate interest. Deletion as above.

House Order Complaints: Name, contact, address, possible criminal offences. Processing is based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f)) and possibly Section 8 (3) of the Data Protection Act. Information can be shared with authorities. Deletion after 3 years or sooner if baseless.

Termination of Lease: Background for termination, maintenance, etc. Treatment is done cf. Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Criminal offences are dealt with in accordance with Section 8 (3). Deletion after 5 years or longer in case of dispute.

Commercial Leases: Name, contact information, affiliation. Processing on the basis of legitimate interest. Deletion after 5 years.

Inquiries from third parties: Name, contact, title, company. Processing on the basis of legitimate interest. Deletion after 5 years. CPH Invest is the data controller.

Cookies on the website: IP, browser, system, visit. Processing is based on consent (GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a)). See cookie policy at https://cphinvest.dk/cookie-politik/. CPH Invest is the data controller.

Potential tenants: Name, contact, desired lease. Legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f)). Deletion after 2 years unless agreement is made. CPH Invest is the data controller.

Newsletter: Name, email. Consent according to the Marketing Act and GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a). Deletion 2 years after last broadcast unless unsubscribed. CPH Invest is the data controller.

4. Transfers to third countries

‍Data may be transferred to processors in third countries, including the United States, based on EU standard contracts (2021). Contact us for more information.

5. Necessary treatment

‍If we do not receive the necessary information, we will not be able to enter into a rental agreement or provide services.
